I would firstly like to say a huge thank you to Dave, Khato and Remy (also Elejei and Mencia) for making our stay so much better, and all of whom took extra time to ensure our stay was exceptional. Service was great as was the food. Since work began to refurbish this beautiful hotel, it’s amazing. Every Friday in August there is a fireworks display, which I found was much better than any bonfire night display I’ve ever seen! Overall, a brilliant stay, beautiful gardens, beer garden area to rear of hotel, spa, swimming pool and sauna - I believe there is also a beauty salon too. So close to the beach and pier, golden sands and lots of lovely places to see. If you’re not going half board, but just staying for breakfast, there are a lot of beautiful restaurants, especially The Griller, which is literally less than a 30 second walk from the front of the hotel. Definitely staying again. So relaxing, and with Bournemouth being a microclimate, you can pretty much guarantee very good weather. The Royal Bath & Spa Hotel is great for singles, couples, friends, groups etc - children love it too - the age range goes from 1 to 100 tee hee xxx loved it and I highly recommend.

The gardens at the Royal Bath hotel are really lovely and there’s a great outdoor patio area to sit and relax in the sunshine. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and go out their way to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and bright with there are lovely sea view rooms at the back of the hotel. I really like the spacious rooms and the location which is a stones throw to the beach, it’s also close to the Bournemouth Pavilion for all the theatre shows, music & concerts, comedy, dance shows. It’s close to the Bournemouth Lower garden’s, which has all the Christmas lights and markets . This is a traditional Victorian hotel which has spacious bar area and restaurants also communal areas to read or relax. It’s been going through an upgrade programme recently and freshened up. There’s good entertainment in the main bar at the weekends and the spa area is just a treat to relax and recharge at.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been. Feels like inside museum. So stunning decor inside. Also lovely room with balcony view to the beach and lovely garden. We had and hair dryer, and small fridge, and Tv.and iron. Nice helpfull staff. We got half board and it was right decision - food was simple, but delicious like at home, enough choice for any taste. We have been also in swimming pool. Great experience. Water was lovely warm. Clean area. Nice pool size, area for children woith 0.6 m and other part 1.2 m. I paid £5 for myself and free for my 6 yo child. This payment is for whole day. Reception guys were very polite and attentive. We left our bags after check out for few hours on reception while walk around the city. Then lady on reception booked taxi for us. Highly recommend it this hotel

1- Location is brilliant, 5-6 mins from Bournemouth Pier 2- The building is gorgeous. Apparently first hotel in Bournemouth. The pub is so beautiful and live. 3- Beautiful garden, tables to grab a drink, area for kids to play around, decks to enjoy sun 4- Rooms are beautiful, reasonably good size, clean and nice 5- we couldn't use the gym and swimming pool, they close at 7:30 or 8:30 pm. The only feedback I could give is to extend the opening time of their leisure centre. Note to travellers: If you find parking expensive (it's £25 per day at the hotel), there's a parking nearby, called Centre Parking, which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and costs you £6.4 for 24 hours. (not the one next to the hotel, only search Centre Parking) Loved it.
